- Type a new message in it
- Type your National Identity Card number and send it to 8171

Method 2 (Registration Through BISP Tehsil Office)
If for some reason you are not able to register in the Benazir Income Support Program through the portal or while checking the amount you receive a message asking you to do your dynamic survey, then you have to do your NSER survey. The process is done through the Office of Nazir Income Support Program as follows.
- You have to go to your nearest Benazir Income Support Program office with your identity card and children’s bay form
- There you first have to take the token and wait for your turn
- In turn, you have to ask the representative to conduct a dynamic survey of you
- All information about you will be collected from you during this survey
- Based on this information, you will be declared ineligible for the Benazir Income Support Program
- If you are ineligible then you have to change your information during this survey as earlier your financial condition was good but now your financial condition is not good or you have got any disease.
- A few days after registration you will receive a message to receive money through 8171
Required Documents For BISP 8171 Online Registration

- Children’s Bay Form
